Fresh Peach Pie
1 baked 9” pie shell
1 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. peach gelatin few drops yellow food coloring 6-8 ripe Missouri peaches
Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water until thick. Add gelatin and food color. Cool. Slice peaches into the pie shell and pour gelatin mixture over the top. Put in the refrigerator to set up. Serve with whipped topping.
