Pesce Bianco
8 oz white fish filet 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs 3/4 cup Zia’s White Wine, Lemon & Butter Sauce 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup of shredded provel cheese 1 cup broccoli florets
Prepare a white fish filet by dipping in olive oil and coating with bread crumbs. Bake fish at 325 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until cooked through. Bring Zia’s White Wine, Lemon & Butter sauce to a simmer. Add mushrooms and broccoli to sauce and simmer on low heat until mushrooms are tender (about 5 minutes). Remove fish from oven, place on serving dish, and top with provel cheese and sauce mixture. Makes 1 serving. |
